Boys & Girls Club of Oklahoma County will host its second Flight for Futures fundraiser June 24 at Wiley Post Airport. It will be a casual event where flip-flops, shorts and a T-shirt are all you need to enjoy food and drink from some of the metro’s finest eateries.
“We have gathered some of Oklahoma City’s most popular establishments, including Fassler Hall, Seven47, Dust Bowl, Coolgreens, Café 501, Slaughter’s Hall, POPS and Museum Café,” said Sarah Brown, “co-captain” of the event with Laura Steen and Epic Events. “We are excited and ready for take-off!”
The highlight of the evening will be a drawing for a trip to beautiful Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, courtesy of XR Tickets. Your ticket to the event will enter you into the drawing, but extra chances may be purchased during the event.
In addition to the drawing, food and drink, Flight for Futures will feature live music from The Wavetones, life-sized Jenga and other lawn games.
