Starting with the September 2017 special election for sheriff of Oklahoma County, NonDoc has been able to organize and host more than a dozen political debates among candidates for local elected office. These debates have typically been produced in partnership with News 9 and have attempted to ensure a fair environment for candidates while asking firm, relevant questions of them.
As part of NonDoc’s broader 2022 series of public political debates, the following primary election debates also have been scheduled:
- Subpoena Power: Two primary debates for Oklahoma County DA (June 15)
- Law School: A Republican primary debate for attorney general (June 16)
- Congressional Confessional: A Republican primary debate for CD 2 (June 20)
- Roll Call: A Republican primary debate for state superintendent (June 22)
The following articles are about NonDoc’s debate series and other political debates in Oklahoma.
