Gary Watts
Gary Watts runs OCPAThinker.org. For 17 years, Gary taught mathematics and economics in secondary and community college classrooms and served as a school district attorney for 26 years. He has also served several years on the Tulsa School Board, Tulsa City Commission and Tulsa City Council.
