Heide Brandes is an award-winning journalist and editor with more than 18 years of experience. She graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1995 with a degree in professional writing and spent 12 years as a newspaper reporter and editor. She regularly contributes to numerous state, regional and national publications.
