As our business grows, so do the tasks and responsibilities required, which increases the complexities of management. That’s a wonderful problem to have.

Therefore, as we move from startup to established business, we seek to expand our team with the addition of a client relations manager (CRM). The CRM will focus on advertising sales and marketing so our journalists can focus on journalism.

The ideal candidate is a hungry professional with experience in sales, marketing, graphic design and social media. A personal or professional interest in journalism is a plus. Ideally, the right candidate would be excited to become part of our team and grow this civically minded business model. We offer flexibility in working hours, the opportunity to learn and the chance to work in an industry that is more important than ever before.

If you are interested or know someone who would be, please send résumé, cover letter and up to two creative samples in any medium to editorial@nondoc.com by Aug. 31.

We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished — with your inspiring support — in only two years. Every day we receive compliments and thank-yous for the work we do, and that means everything to us. It’s why we stay passionate, and why we know the work we do is important. As we move forward with our growth plans for the next year, bringing in the right person as client relations manager is one of our most important goals.

We look forward to interviewing some great candidates, so please download the application below and share it with anyone who may be interested.
