football season
(Mike Allen)

Every year around this time, I’m excited for football season. Every year around this time, I am also not-so-subtly reminded this is Oklahoma, and whatever weather we’re experiencing, it’s the extreme version of it.

That includes nice days as well: They are extremely nice. We get precious few of these, and this is the time of year they tend to make an appearance. So get out there and enjoy them as we head into the last quarter of the year. As we all know, it will change soon enough.
