Oklahoma’s new alcohol laws will take effect Monday, Oct. 1. While the ABLE Commission has been working long and hard to prepare for the changes, it also seems likely that they might have built a fallout shelter … just in case.
Oklahomans approved State Question 792 in November 2016, but 23 months later there will surely be a few hiccups along the way.
Since the public has had limited access to cold beer in recent weeks ahead of the change, the ABLE Commission probably recognizes how the citizenry could be on edge.
